Why I Chose Lady D’s Daughter
I was absolutely obsessed with Resident Evil Village. It came as a shock because I never had been a fan of the franchise until the Ethan Winters storyline began. Village reaffirmed that. My favorite of the four lords was of course Lady D and Heisenberg. When I saw her daughters for the first time, I wanted to be one. Their flirty and feral energy as they hunt man things was too funny and bad ass. So, I made the jump and debuted this cosplay many Halloweens ago on TikTok.
Final Thoughts
This cosplay is so fun and I remember having such a blast in her for the photoshoot I did with Pintography (@j.pintography on IG). The makeup looks so dark and mysterious and the dress fits like a dream. I really feel good in my skin when I wear this cosplay. And I get to have all sorts of crazy fun.
How I Made Lady D’s Daughter
The dress, choker, necklace and gloves weren’t made by me. They were ones I purchased from a variety of places. I did however, make the sickle. I actually made it twice, the first time with EVA foam which I have a tutorial for. The second time was by 3D printing and then using a hammered effect spray paint. I enjoyed making it both ways but felt the 3D print turned out cleaner and sturdier.
