How do I request a quote for a custom cosplay commission?
To receive a custom quote, simply fill out the commission inquiry form above with as much detail as possible, including character name, specific items requested, reference images, deadline and your measurements/size requirements. I will review your submission and follow up via email with a price quote or clarifying questions.
What is the payment process for a cosplay commission?
Once we agree on the scope and quote for your project, I will send you a commission listing on my Ko-Fi page to begin. A 60% down payment is required to secure your spot on my project schedule and purchase materials. The remaining 40% balance, plus shipping costs, is due prior to final delivery and will be sent as an additional ko-fi product listing to purchase through.
How far in advance should I order a custom cosplay or prop?
Custom craftsmanship takes time! It is best to submit your commission request at least 2 to 3 months before your event or convention date. Rush orders may be considered depending on my current project schedule, but availability is limited.

Does submitting a commission form guarantee my order will be accepted?
Submitting the form generates a free quote and starts the conversation, but does not lock in an order. I reserve the right to decline project requests based on my current workload, scheduling constraints or project complexity.
