Why I Chose Skyrim
Skyrim and Elder Scrolls has been a game very near and dear to my heart for a very long time. I remember when it came out and enjoying it from high school all the way through now as an adult. I wanted props, armor and other costumes to make just for practicing my skills and I felt the franchise had so much to work with that would hone my many different skills and techniques I liked to use.
Final Thoughts
Practicing your skills is vital to stay sharp and continue improving. It doesn’t matter how experienced you are, there’s always a benefit to practicing. These Skyrim projects has definitely taught me that and has helped me to continue to hone my skills.
How I Made Skyrim Props, Costumes & Armor
I used an assortment of techniques when making my Skyrim cosplays. Things like EVA foam, 3D printing, painting, sculpting, resin, sewing and more were all used for this. I would highly suggest checking out my YouTube playlist for more focused instructions on how I made each piece.
