If you’re looking for costume inspiration you have come to the right place. While I’ve done a blog post about this already, I figured it was time for more Star Wars cosplay ideas for May the Fourth. Instead of looking at classic characters or big name main characters like Luke Skywalker or Han Solo, we’ll be exploring new names from new shows, less mainstream characters that are worth your attention and just anyone else we missed on the last list.

Star Wars Cosplay Ideas

  • Hera Syndulla – Whether you enjoyed her on Star Wars Rebels or the new Ahsoka show, this Twi’Lek is a leader that deserves your attention.
  • Baylan Skoll – The former Jedi Knight now turned dark was an amazing character in the new Ahsoka series. He serves as a main antagonist during the show and definitely makes for a great cosplay.
  • Mon Mothma – This character has been apart of the Star Wars universe for quite some time now. Our first introduction was Return of the Jedi. But then we had appearances in The Clone Wars and new shows like Ahsoka and Andor. Mon Mothma‘s sense of style will lead to cosplay magic from any seamstress.
  • Moff Gideon – His first on screen appearance was in the Mandalorian series as our main villain. If you’re looking to join the dark side and fight against Grogu, this is the cosplay for you.
  • Peli Motto – This character is hands down such a fun one. Her commentary made the Mandalorian a blast to watch and I’m sure she would make for a fun cosplay too.
  • Kino Loy – If you’re looking to cause a facility wide uprising in cosplay, Kino Loy is the character for you. We see the floor manager in Andor and we sadly also see him meet his end as well.
  • Grand Inquisitor – The Obi-Wan series was an incredible show. If you’re looking for a main villain to cosplay, this character is for you. Their incredibly cool lightsaber is sure to have people wowed for May the Fourth.
  • Finn – If you’re looking for a cosplay from the newer trilogy, we missed Finn in the last Star Wars cosplay ideas list.
  • Jyn Erso – Rogue One was another newer film that had incredible characters to choose from for a cosplay. One such character was the main star, Jyn.
  • Qi’ra – Whether you’re a fan of the Han Solo movie or Emilia Clark, this lady has cosplay options to choose from.
  • Cal Kestis – In the last blog, I completely missed any Star Wars game characters. We’re making up for that with Cal from the well received Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order.
  • General Hux – This is another character we missed from the newest film trilogy but someone from the dark side.
  • Haja Estree – He’s another character from the Obi Wan series. But this silly scammer is sure to make for a fun potential closet cosplay.
  • Bail or Breha Organa – The adoptive parents of Princess Leia have great story lines in many different shows, Such as the animated Clone Wars or the live action Obi Wan show.
  • Shaak Tik – Appearing in both the prequel films and the Clone Wars series, the Togruta is bound to make for a great SFX cosplay project with the face paint.
